Hand Expression Funnel Assembly:
Connect one of the enteral slip syringe, included in this pack, to the bottom of the funnel making sure the plunger is all the way up.
Hand express into the funnel.
When the session is over, pull down on plunger to vacuum colostrum into the syringe.
Bring to baby for feeding, or store in fridge to be given later.
Wash funnel and syringe with soap and water between uses.
Medela Pump Expression Assembly:
Connect adapter assembly to the breast flange and pump.
Screw baby bottle on as usual.
Connect one of the enteral slip syringes, supplied in this pack, to the bottom of the adapter’s reservoir making sure the plunger is all the way up.
You can double pump or single pump.
Ready to use. Start pumping.
When the session is over, pull down on plunger to vacuum out colostrum into syringe.
Bring to baby for feeding, or store in fridge.
Wash assembly with soap and water between uses.
